Application Criterea

We welcome applications solely from indigenous Christian workers who can demonstarte that they are actively reaching unreached people in unreached places with the good news of Jesus Christ.

To be eligible, applicants must:

✅ Be Accountable

Be connected to a mission or church agency that provides clear oversight and accountability.

✅ Have Field Experience

Have at least two years of active field-based mission work, and a commitment to continue for at least five more years.

✅ Show Genuine Need

Provide three written references explaining your mission work and why a vehicle is needed. One reference must be from your supporting organisation.

✅ Demonstrate Impact

Include a short statement from your field leader or manager explaining how a vehicle will improve your mission’s reach and effectiveness.

✅ Contribute Toward Costs

We ask that you (or your overseeing agency) contribute at least 20% of the total cost. We’ll also explore co-funding options with your organisation to make the most of available resources.

🛠️ Recipient Responsibilities

If awarded a vehicle, recipients agree to:

• Choose wisely:
  Find the most cost-effective and suitable vehicle for your mission needs.
• Care for the vehicle:
  Keep it well-maintained, secure, and serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Take full responsibility:
  Ensure the vehicle is safe, legal, and properly insured.
• Use safety gear:
  Always wear appropriate protective equipment (you may include this in your application).
• Return if unused:
  If the vehicle is no longer needed within five years, return it in good, usable condition.
• Provide receipts:
  Submit receipts for all costs covered, including the initial purchase.
